Sold on Sunday offers a class on buying a home. This class is a great way to learn about the Boston real estate market. If you are interested in buying a home or purchasing real estate as an investment, this hour-long class will teach you about the process of buying a home from start to finish.

Some specific topics include searching for your home, negotiating the offer, home inspection, purchase and sale agreement, available financing options and more.

This class on buying a home is conducted by Sold on Sunday's Phil Wade, Real Estate Attorney Sherrill Erickson, and Vice President of Mortgage Lending at Guaranteed Rate, Erin Sadlier.
