Sold on Sunday's seven-day sale technique is an innovative way for home owners to sell their real estate property quickly and for top dollar. It can also be used for real estate properties that have been on the market for an extended period of time without receiving an offer or real estate properties that are difficult to show (due to tenants or other reasons).

Here's How a Seven-Day Sale Works to Help Sell Your Home

Your real estate property will need to be priced slightly below market value, but you are under no obligation to accept any offer submitted. During a one-week period, Sold on Sunday engages in an intensive marketing blitz of your real estate property, topped off with open houses on the following Saturday and Sunday.

We let all potential buyers and their agents or brokers know that their highest and best offer is to be received on Sunday at 6:00 p.m.

We then present you with all the offers and routinely return to all parties who submitted an offer to ensure that it was indeed their highest and best offer.

If the highest and best offer is satisfactory to you, then the property goes under agreement. If is not satisfactory, we will continue to negotiate with the buyer or his or her agent and attempt to come to an agreed-upon price for the real estate property.
